GeneratePress

My wife and I have used the default Twenty Twelve theme on our beer blog (beermakesthree.com) for 2 years. Every time I tried to use a new theme, several I even paid for, I couldn’t make it work. My HTML skills are stuck pre-Y2K and I’m hopeless with CSS. When I found the Exhibit theme, a GeneratePress child theme, it worked great. I bought the entire GeneratePress add-on pack and it’s really let me easily customize the blog. We think it looks great and could not have done it without the GeneratePress tools. Looking forward to more cool stuff from them.

A great value! Really loving it…great controls without detail overkill. I’m not quite done setting up my new blog, but I am VERY pleased, and I’ve used more expensive premium themes in the past that this beats hands down.

Also, the customer service is superb, even when I ask dumb questions.

A client is migrating from Joomla 1.5 to WordPress 4.0. This template eases all my worries! The add-ons are the perfect compliment to a flexible and pleasing template. Great job! MUCHO KUDOS!

I just installed WP for the first time in my life and I was really happy to find GeneratePress. It was bug-free and nice, easily updated to WP 4.0 within days of release. ^^

I actually replaced a premium theme purchased from another site which had one of the worst user interface experiences ever.
The theme’s controls were a breath of fresh air – very straightforward and intuitive.
There are add-ons to enable higher levels of customisation – not essential, but useful. The price for these is pretty low, less than the so-call premium theme I was trying to use before.

Support is good too. The forum is free & searchable to all, and there were quick and helpful responses to the queries I had.

Could not be happier with this theme. Very easy to setup. I’m new to WordPress and had my site up in one day. If you want a simple and easy to use theme, this is the one for you. I would suggest getting the add on plugin package which is very inexpensive and provides the ability to make a lot of modifications to your site VERY easily.

Reliable, friendly and very helpful support, versatile and highly functional theme. It took us a while to settle on a theme we were comfortable with using and could trust; and we are pretty happy we have chosen this one. Recommended!

GeneratePress is a must have theme! I have used WordPress before but never found a reason to stick to it. I always liked making my own sites from scratch. Until I had a client that decided to use WordPress but couldn’t find a theme that he liked. Here comes GeneratePress to the rescue. I was able to modify every pixel of the site to what the client wanted. Extremely flexible and to make it even simpler, you can get the addons at a very cheap price (for those that don’t want to mess too much with coding your own CSS/HTML, JQuery or PHP functions). Customer Support? What? The best I’ve seen! I usually do web design at night (12am – 8am) during weekends due to my overnight crazy schedule at the hospital (too many years working 18 hr shifts, you get used to it. Aaah, life in New York!) and I send in a support questions at 3:00 am and a few minutes later…. BAAAM!! Answered! The overall experience has been awesome!! I’ll use this theme to make child themes in every shape or form I want now.
