AccessPress Parallax One Page Theme

The theme is beautiful and we were exited to use it for our company. We checked out the basic version which works- and we found it worth to pay for the pro version.
But: What a disappointment!
Sadly it is impossible to work with it, because it is loading forever: Every klick you make in the backend takes 1 up to 2 minutes of loading before you can work with wordpress again. Everything stands still meanwhile. It is not only the “save” button – it is each and every button/ function in the theme-costumizer!
Off course we checked it all out:
– All plug ins switched off
– All other themes worked brilliantly ( also the basic version), only when using AccessPress Parallax pro it would´t work
– Checked it on different domains and different servers: same results
– Checked it with different internet- connections: 6.000 kbit/s and with 50.000 kbit/s –
same sad results
We asked support for help. They offer 24/7 support via chat – but this is only somebody who tells you, that you have to write again to certain support-people who are not on duty right now.
All matters about buying and updates were answered by support quickly.
But some technical support answers were not given at all!
We told the support-team about the loading- time problem, which makes it impossible to work with this beautiful theme. We got one answer telling us, that our internet is to slow.
Our answer: We wrote a detailed protocol, showing the exact speed and the exact loading time of each button. (Again it was up to 2 min per click.) We asked for help – or our money back – and never got any answer!
We tried the update again on a different server months later – again same results. Searching the internet we found, that there is a few people who had the same problem with everlasting loading times – who then had to work with another one.
We tried all, had lots of work.
Dissapointing – the theme looks perfect and so does the support promise – but that´s all. I strongly recommend not to buy it.

Using products for the second time. I strongly recommend any product coming from that company, not only for their quality but also because of the support team time reaction. Good job and Thanks for everything

I have really enjoyed the Parallax Pro theme for my website. It is interactive, looks good, and has some very cool parallax features.

Love this theme. Great support to fix up the client logo slide.

I used this them and its awesome, It saved me days in my work. I like the support I got even on sundays.

My experience with Access Parallax Pro’s service has been outstanding and I have received excellent customer service. My questions were always answered on time. What’s great is if you are using a multisite layout you can use this theme multiple times with different sites.

From what I saw so far it seems really good. You have to work with Appearance -> Theme Options a lot, but I really like how they integrated the parallax options. It all seems pretty straight forward.

I was amazed by the look and feel of the theme

You can customize the theme to your liking and shortcodes are very comfortable to use even for those who do not have knowledge of CSS.
The support is outstanding: Troubleshooting and ​customizations are ​fast and extremely precise​.
