I admire Pinnacle theme very much. It is elegant, with rich Theme Options, responsive in free version. And with very helpful Support.

I installed the free Pinnacle based on all the reviewers that mentioned the great support for the free version, but afterwards in checkin the Kadence site it notes: “Our Support forums are open to customers who have purchased a premium version of our themes. To post a support question visit our support forums.” So sadly no support found.

Support answers fast. The theme is not perfect, but it is pretty good to be a free theme and it brings many options.

Easily deserve 5 stars. Theme is very neat & Clean tons of customization options even with free version as in Virtue theme.

Very easy to use and great to design in, but when it came to uploading on my site, the homepage was blank. Activated a different theme and that worked well, just some problem with the Pinnacle communication between WordPress and HostGator. Have to start over and find a different theme to use.

Excellent Great Job Kandence

This is seriously the FIRST TIME EVER that I’m writing a review for something.

My biggest mistake was to ask a refund for the premium version of the theme just because I wasn’t convinced with the theme’s premium features. I got refund in like 1.5 days and I purchased a shitty theme “Armoniso” from themeforest for $51, $49 + $2 which I’m still regretting. And yeah they don’t refund your money because they are too shitty of a team to actually look after the concern of the users.

I’ve lost my money, and I just couldn’t stay with that shitty piece of trash, and thus I’m back to Pinnacle Free version.

Believe me, the free version was and is a whole lot better than many of the so-called premium themes in envato market.

All I wanna say is a heartfelt thanks to the creator of this theme. Be it perfectly coded theme, prompt replies and support or concern about user satisfaction. You guys are class apart.

Though I’m not left with any money now, but whenever I’ll get in the future, I’m dead sure that I’ll look for none other than Kadence themes.

I am new to wordpress and while building a new website for my company I am learning as much as I can.
In the beginning I chose Tesseract 2 theme, I thought it was 100% responsive, debugged, multi-language, very customizable and with support. After a while I started having compatibility problems with some plugins and pages started having not normal and random behavior. When I tried to get support forget about Tesseract Theme support, forget about Taylor Moore and wordpress dont give support to this theme either because Taylor Moore didnt release the theme to wordpress.
So it was time to think in changing my theme. For a newbie and having a website already built on that theme, it was NOT an easy job to do.
I needed a theme that allow me to have more than 2 menus (header and footer at least) and this was the most hard thing to get in a regular free wordpress theme.
After several days of internet searching I found PINNACLE THEME, and I can say now with my short experience, it is the BEST THEME I have worked with. This theme really delivers what it claim to offer, it is VERY customizable (and easy to do), have at least 3 menus (configurable all of them), many places to place widgets, translation ready, very responsive, easy to work with (remember I am a newbie) I havent use support yet but I am very sure Kadence Themes has it and also wordpress has a forum section dedicated to PINNACLE Theme.
This theme deserves more than 5 stars and also I encourage people to install it, it is very flexible and you can build any kind of blog or website with it. Kudos to the theme, to Kadence Themes and to wordpress.

One of the best themes, pinnacle/virtue plugin makes it so easy to use.
