Started on the free version, and there is excellent support customising all sorts of things – the author doesn’t do anything to push people asking how to do things towards the premium version.

Ended up subscribing to premium version to get more menu-driven customisation options, and essentially because the author had earned it. Still very impressed with everything. As opposed to the usual setup where the free version is restrictive and lower quality, with Brix the free version is great, and the premium one even better.

To make a long story short: Fantastic theme with fantastic documentation and fantastic support!

It’s very easy to use, offers a lot of possibilities to customize your design and fun to work with, giving my site the professional look I want it to have! Probably will buy the premium version soon.

I’m starting a new company for IT managed services, and the ease with which I’ve been able to create a legitimate digital property is by far one of the better experiences I’ve had so far in this grand adventure. I’m a server guy, not a developer and certainly not a digital media or marketing professional. So when I was tasked with building our company’s website, I turned to WordPress as the one CMS I know.

The support to get me through the challenges of customizing and getting the right “look and feel” has been awesome. The support response and extra effort have been worth the entry price to build a great professional looking website.

Love this theme and how much customization it allows. If you can’t figure out how to do something or you are having any issues, the author responds to forum questions extremely fast and always with a solution.

The premium upgrade is worth every penny!!! But the best part of my experience was the support I received. The support team answered every question with the utmost professionalism a wp noob could possibly ask for. And the responses were super fast too! With their help I was able to get my site up in about two days! Thanks guys!!!
