Doctors

I am trying to setup a small website and I was thinking to buy the premium template of “Docotors” but it seems not to be working properly. The website is https://www.pasadenamedicare.com

The Sections were I could add info about the center, like “appointment, schedule, online bill…” do not show up in the appearance->customize. All it shows is:

General
Menu
Widget
Header & Footer
Color & Background
Tipography
Additional CSS

What am I missing?

I have emailed the support but after days they have not answered, which tells me that whether pro or not you are going to waste your money.

Edit: we have decided to change theme and not invest any more time on this one.

Since I’ve updated wordpress the site is very very slow due to a script which takes a couple of seconds (sometime 7 or more…)

I’m searching now to get rid of this theme asap because my client site is unavailable sometimes and clients are not visiting it (number of visits is decreasing)

Moreover the support is not taking / fixing the bugs that we have already reported.

It would seem the homepage layout shown on all previews is only available in the ‘PRO’ version. At least is doesn’t show up when installed where it is said to be.

I don’t know if the paid version has the working layout or not. If it does then that would be a nice looking theme. I don’t mind paying for themes however its frustrating when the versions offered for download is shown to have more options than it does. The support pages on the company website are in quite poorly written English with a lot of typos which doesn’t inspire confidence.
