I trialed the free version of this theme and really liked it. There were a few things that I wanted to edit and improve and I liked it so much that I upgraded to the pro version as it was described as having lots of benefits and extra features.
Big mistake. The pro version loses functionality rather than increase it. Simple steps like adding a facebook link involves editing code rather than simply entering your profile details. Bizarre.
The them is incredibly user un-friendly and difficult to navigate. The whole interface became strange and difficult and the finished product also behaved a lot different to the free version. Simple things like the menu in the footer, it looked great on the free one, in the pro version wouldn’t ever line up neatly. Hence it looked awful and unprofessional and was unusable.
Once I complained and asked for a refund I was just told repeatedly ‘no refunds, no refunds, we offer full support’. However, what is the point of receiving support for a useless product. It is simply not fit for purpose and therefore the offer of support is pretty mute.
I wish I had read reviews before purchase and so now I only hope I can save someone else the horror of installing, or worse, paying for this abomination.

I almost never leave reviews but my experience with this company is so bad, I have left two.

It is day three and I have not seen any changes made on my site after my support request was sent on your webpage. I have sent multiple follow up emails and I even sent a 2nd support request on your site today.

As a new customer of yours, I feel like this is very poor customer service to make a customer wait for help. I understand a day, but when you told me it would be done on Wednesday, I expected it to be done on Wednesday. Especially when purchased the them on Tuesday. Today is Thursday and no big surprise that NO ONE has bothered to acknowledge my request at all today. I haven’t even received an apology. Now that Friday is almost here, I have lost all confidence in your company. I feel like you took a hefty amount of money from me for a theme with the “promise” of support. However you really have no intention on supporting this at all. The forum gets more attention than a paying customer!!!!!

I really would prefer not to do business with a company who ignores paid support requests.

I would like my money back and I will gladly spend it on a theme with actual support.

Terrible.

Review 2 – Update: 5 Months later…

After my first review, I finally got a response from someone. They seemed more concerned with me changing my review, instead of actually assisting me. Now several months later, I run into another problem with my PAID version of this theme. I contacted support and again it takes several days for a response. The response really upset me. Again, there was no interest in helping me AT ALL.

Here is the response I received…

“Since you were not kind enough last time even though we provided support we would request the following from you before we provide further support:

Support SKT Themes”

My next step is to find out how to get a refund…since you don’t offer the support your customers pay for.

Great appearance, but not compatible for all browsers. I created a static home page and hid the slider. It looks great in all browsers, except in Internet Explorer, where the default theme slider appears above my content.

Sliders disappear all of a sudden, i’m almost done with my website with all the contents already in it, now I have to change theme again because the slider doesn’t work, re installing the theme didn’t help. I check inspect elements and I don’t see any errors. disable all plugins didnt help as well. terrible.

I finally figured it out, not the themes’ fault, it was cloudflare causing the issue.

NEW: My original review was not good, but the developer got right on it and fixed the bugs! Once updated, it works like a charm and is easily customized. Thank you for this theme!

I’m leaving this in case anyone has the same issues, and didn’t know about the theme being updated: Anytime I try to customize it in the Customizer panel, options on the homepage break… Changing the slider images? Away goes the Why Choose Us text box and the 3 service boxes below it.

Choosing the pages to use within the 3 service boxes? I receive a “Fatal error: Call to undefined function movers_packers_content(….” instead of the page content.
