Themegrill really has nice responsive themes and the support-team even helps with small adjustments via CSS.
For more customizable themes a pro version of all themes is for sale for a good price.

I was a complete newbie to WordPress and really daunted by the idea of converting my old html website over.
But I chose Spacious and I’m so glad I did, as the whole process was made so simple by the great design, documentation and support.
Everything was so so much easier than I expected. In the end I only had one little problem, searched the ThemeGrill support forum, saw someone who’d described a similar issue and used the code that ThemeGrill had provided to solve it….and it worked!
And the site looks fantastic. Can’t thank you enough.

We use the theme on our club site – since years. It works fine and we will go on using it.

I’ve used this theme now on two sites (one with light skin and one with dark skin) and I’m interested in checking out some of the new themes by the same developers (both paid and free – the more I use this, the more I think it’s worth the money). The look is clean, responsive and versatile. The options with the free version are good, and further customizations can be made with the use of plugins and a bit of code-work. One of the things I particularly like about this theme compared to other themes is the alignment of the layout. I like to be able to design graphic headers that span the full width of the site and this is a theme that really handles that well.

I have been using WP for a while now on different sites and this is one of the best themes I have found so far. Looks great on a PC, is responsive so looks great on mobile devices as well. And the support is outstanding. Even though I use the free version I got an answer to my question with custom CSS code in a couple of hours.
