  • Other By agiraldo2015, 2017-04-04 via themeforest.net For a full year as client of Themeforest is the first time I have an issue. A combination of not even being able to submit a dispute through the platform, combined with the negativity of the author to assume his responsibility and a very bad attitude when replying is what makes this the worst experience in a long time.
    The theme looks amazing, just what my client wanted, but it will not work on any server. Initially they said it was lack of memory or bandwith, it was fixed and then they said it was a Server Environment or Setup problem.
    We tried 3 different servers and even purchased a GoDaddy server to upload it there. None of them worked, and three reputable companies like LONEX and GODADDY gave me the same reason, which is a mistake with the theme.
    I didn't demanded my money back initially but some assistance for a service I paid i full, later I even suggested almost any theme to replace this one, but their fear of not returning $60 USD made them stop replying.
    When trying to contact ENVATO / THEMEFOREST there is no way of opening a ticket or a dispute, you are literally left on your own to dispute with the author.
    This is my review, and it is a shame because the Theme is one of the best ones I've seen.... Success comes when you combine great products or services with a good relationship to clients that might become your client, they failed on both parts, but if only they would have had the decency to engage in an active and not an evasive roll then my comments and attitude will be different.
    Customer service doesn't cost anything, it will not make a company or person poorer but it will make a client definitely richer and satisfied.
    I really hope you can correct the way you conduct business, im pretty sure it was a simple mistake that all it required was some time and attention. That's it
