1. Unable to upload photos to user profiles
2. Companies unable to sign up (we received lots of emails about this)
3. We continuously received parse errors due to syntax
4. The theme kept crashing on us
5. Updates made through the customize panel were not showing up on website (like changes to the header and home page)
6. The author has rejected a refund and is not being cooperative!!!!!
In sum the theme was not usable.

    • Bugs By thiantpro, 2016-11-24 via themeforest.net 1) I bought the template for benefits that do not work, being able to connect via the top of the page was one of its advantages because when the client connects, he can see his name on top of Page to confirm that it is connected. Instead of fixing the problem you just remove the option, I gave you access so that you can see the proofs of the beugs and problems, you had not asked permission to make changes without my consent because j I have a developer that I pay to make the changes.
      2) In the title of the template when you buy it is noted social network, but it lacks many features to be a social network:
      -Create forums and discussion walls,
      -the fact of being able to contact by private message the users directly of FrontEnd.
      3) It is very incomplete for what I want to do and unfortunately I know you have a lot of work but you do not respond quickly and I lose customers and money.
      You have a great template with potential but it lacks important things and there are a lot of beugs.

    • Feature Availability By pcognard, 2016-10-03 via themeforest.net I love this theme and I can see lots of efforts from the developer, but still needs improvement. Even with that, I still give a 5 stars.
      However, even if I recommend it, there are lots of improvement needed and I an sure the developer will take it in consideration.
      1) The social media login is a nightmare and cannot disable it unless you change the template code.
      2) If you are logged in, you still have the login and registration form on the home page. It will be nice to have a redirect to the profile page if logged in and disable the home page.
      3) A few issues with CSS on mobile.
      4) No Favicon :(
      5) Some links are not set up (footer logo, footer tel, footer email...)
      6) Home page CSS is different than all other pages (header & footer)
      But at the end, this is a new theme with lots of potentials.

      Dear Pcognard, thank you very much for your review and critics, I have forwarded your arguments above to our lead developer, can I please ask you to report those issues via uou.ticksy.com so that I can follow-up the progress with my colleagues and for example wheen you mention points like 3) a few issues with css on mobile would be great if you can share some screenshots or provide support with the link so that they can fix that asap and push an update.
