  • Customer Support By lleguele_com, 2017-05-02 via themeforest.net I just bought the theme, requested support, I got a cheap reply in the lines of "the problem is on your side or cache" and it is not, the demo theme is showing the same issue I am having. It has been 8 days since I got the last response, I am supposed to have support for 6 months. Too bad this is so expensive and there is little no support.

    I'm sorry to see you're disappointed with the response times, but I'm afraid we've checked all the Listable demos and none of them show the error you're referring at. I've made a video in order to clear the air.
    However, if you're experiencing this yourself I strongly recommend reaching us at our HelpDesk so we can discuss this in detail.
