Code Quality By webventuresro, 2016-11-12 via themeforest.net I used quite a few premium themes and this one is by far the most complicated one, it's hard to customize, the theme options menu is a joke compared to other themes, the translation file is lacking, the theme is loading a lot of unnecessary CSS and JS files (I don't even use a slider or carousel and the theme is loading Owl files). I'm very disappointed with my purchase. Worst theme I bought from ThemeForest so far.

Customer Support By augusto97, 2016-08-14 via themeforest.net In comments, they said they had some corrections to the visual composer plugin, and contact the support team. They not have this. The solution that they give me is not to use it.
I was deceived by reading the comments they said they had the solution for bugs of this plugin on this template.
I wrote 3 times to the support team and did not give me any kind of solution. I feel cheated by the support team.
The flexibility in the template is almost zero, only changes of colors mainly.
It is a template in html transformed to short codes and pasted into the plugin.

We have used page builder plugin in this theme not visual composer plugin. But still our technical team try to fix all your issue. Please again contact to our technical via your ticket so they can check it.
