Customer Support By richsabb, 2017-04-21 via themeforest.net I purchased this item now 2 weeks ago.I have submitted tickets for repair help and typically receive no reply at all. The one time a reply was made it still took 2 days. I did pay the extra fee for 1 year service as if that matters. The site is actually junk - the claims as being simple to use in WP is false. There is no custom ADMIN - it is strictly WP which also is junk. For me it seems like this entire site, customer service and every claim they make is a scam. It would be nice to one day find a template company that is not a complete rip-off.

Flexibility By puupulk, 2016-11-14 via themeforest.net Looks nice (that's why I bought it) but the installation is incredibly bloated, Most of the features and required/recommended plugins are unnecessary for a simple e-shop.
