    They say the theme supports WPML, when it did not they told me to install Loco. Rude offer!

Support is slow to respond (think 3-5 days!) and right now the forum is down for 5 days. What am I going to do while my website has issues pertaining to this theme and there is no support?
    Furthermore, the responses I DO receive on support tickets have not solved my problems. One issue resolved itself, another issue is apparently unsolvable, and on another issue I received ineffective support direction.
    Though the theme is beautiful and right for my needs, the poor support makes my experience frustrating. If support responded more quickly and with pertinent fixes, I would give this theme 4 or 5 stars.

    Hi there,
    I am truly sorry that you feel this way. We don't reply on weekends and the average response time is 24hrs, but it can take up to 48hrs sometimes.
    We're a small time and I decided to close the forum for only 5 days for the holidays. This occurs only once per year. We all deserve a few days off once in a while
    Note that I still take the time to reply to you and a few other comments, though.
    Be sure that we will take care of your request next week, as soon as the forum is re-open.
