Customizability By Ablizmubarak, 2017-01-22 via themeforest.net This is the worst theme according to it is customizability..
1.you cannot change many places without changing the css file.
2. VC is very hard to use, if you dont carefully, the whole page will get mess.
3. You can't change the theme url with using the plugin, you need to change or replace all them by manually.
4. If you dont have many years of word press experience, you cant use this theme.
Overall , very bad theme.

We are surprised to see that you have edited the review text without changing the rate. Last time you claimed that it is "really hard to get support from customer support" even though your ticket was replied in 2 hours. So far, we have never got any tickets from you on the CSS issues or any other issues to have a chance to help you and provide you with the specific solution on the difficulties you are experiencing.
As for the Visual Composer, you can always deactivate the plugin and add the content to pages manually.
The theme package includes the documentation, besides we are always happy to provide you with the support assistance on any issues you might experience. Please just get in touch with our support team at https://themerex.ticksy.com/ to get all your issues solved.
