    Please note that with theme purchase - each user gets six months of support included , and can use services from our team at https://qode.ticksy.com for any help he needs while working on their website in our theme. We couldn't find any history of your tickets on our support forum https://qode.ticksy.com , which means that you haven't tried contacting our team in a first six months after buying Bridge.
    Envato Market (themeforest) introduced the rules about support, it's not something we decide about, and after initial period of 6 months expires, users need to extend their support to be able to use support services further if they need, by the price-list also established by themeforest. https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/205923460?_ga=1.237094790.782983624.1453474262
    We don't find it fair to give Bridge theme one-star rating for bad customer support. Our team is working very hard on helping all users of our theme, and it's one of the best-rated support out here on themeforest market.
