Customer Support By Spiderwatch44_NAAGA, 2017-06-27 via themeforest.net The theme is beautiful, although it is quite rigid in its customization capability; however, what's most concerning is the customer service. I appreciate the team for its prompt response to emails; however, they completely wiped out my customizations and only fixed one out of four bugs I was having with the theme. They did this after I'd invested nearly 24 hours customizing it to my client's liking. I am now having to start over from scratch. Terrible, terrible communication. I saw others complaining about this as well, but I'd already purchased the theme.
Note to the author: Moving forward, forewarn your customer BEFORE you delete everything. Also, please fix every issue listed in an email -- not one of them and pretend as though you've fixed them all.

  • Documentation Quality By karmatiger, 2017-02-15 via themeforest.net Pros: clean code, and the site seems stable. While this makes the pro section seem small in comparison to the con section, clean stable code is nothing to take for granted.
    Cons: When I reported that the html documentation wouldn't open, he said it was easy and all I had to do was open it, which kind of pissed me off. But he did provide a .pdf after the fact.
    Demo content won't install... he doesn't provide a WXR or XML file for the standard Wordpress Importer to natively install, he created a cute tool himself... too bad it doesn't work.
    The Unyson visual editor included is crap compared to others out there that do the job far better. It creates a tiny window for text, and simple things like adding a blockquote become a fight.
    Going into the files of the demo content (since it won't install, file view is all I have) the images shown in the demo aren't included. He gives you blank grey images instead leaving you to figure out which one is which when it comes to replacing them with images of similar aspect ratios. This adds an hour or two of work, easily.
    TL;DR - does not work out of the box. Demo install doesn't work. Can take a day or two to answer your questions. But it's a stable, flexible theme. So... 3 stars. Good and bad.

What I personly recommand You after 6 years of intensive sales, that a video which helps people to build the same website like in Preview would help You a lot in sales. Anyway the customizability is TOP NOTCH
