Thank you for this theme. I have been viewing hundreds and none offered everything I needed. And then, dicovered Tempera. Settings give great possibility for modification. For someone who is not very familiar with html and css this is perfect solution. And here it is my new website: [Site link removed]

The preview doesn’t look particularly responsive for some reason. :-/

The template is fairly easy to set up. The support forums are most the most part not very helpful. responses to issues can take weeks if you get a response at all.

We chose this theme for the PAC at my sons’ school – being a volunteer-run organization, we are very cost-conscious. I was hesitant, because I’d had experiences in the past with free themes and been poorly disappointed, frustrated and exasperated.

Like any theme, it took me an evening to “get to know,” and now, Tempera has proven to be flexible and easy to customize. Even for the appearance hacks I needed to make, the code seems clean and easy to navigate for this non-coder. There are a few hiccups I’ve had, with standard things on our site not appearing like they do in the demo (the sticky post on the presentation page), and with plugins not playing nice (Recent Facebook Posts by Danny van Kooten, and The Events Calendar by Modern Tribe – two plugins I’ve had work just find on other client sites), but overall, very very happy with our choice to use Tempera!

The theme looks nice, but the editing capabilities were very limited. Too many inmportant elements on the theme are not editable, namely removing the corner content.

A very nice theme, many parameters (colors, text, presentation,…).
Many things to customize and still a free theme ! My favorite one !

This theme is great !
Highly configurable and very simple to use after some tries !
If the parameters may be exported to ease a migration between a dev site and a production site, it would be useful to also export images but I understand that it would be much complex to code

I’m working with a really picky client about what he wants from a website template – and this one has been an absolute godsend. It is an absolute pleasure to use – big kudos to the author for a wonderful template.
