I have been installing & stripping 100s of themes, thanks to my non-compromising attitude. All came to a screeching halt when I activate Tempera. The first thing I noticed was the theme was as it appears in the demo without any extra effort. For adding a slider in some themes you have to go to posts, mark a category, break your head etc.. This is absolutely amazing. I am working on a current site for my Client and sure to get appreciation once it finishes.

Cryout, I want to cry out and say ‘I LOVE YOU!!!’. Not exaggerating, but you have made my day. Useless themes are there in the market selling for minimum 30$, but you guys have put lot of coffee and blood and given it free? Kudos team. You perfectly rock.

I don’t know about those half-bakes who criticise this beautiful theme just because the ‘Continue reading’ button is big, IP address got locked, the boy next bench pinched, blah blah blah etc… but I am sure this very theme has helped me and will help more people in the near future. I encourage you guys to make more upgrades and keep this beautiful theme free forever. I will be soon buying you a coffee for you great guys. Thanks a lot BROs.

Excellent theme, fully customizable and compatible with latest technologies…

I can’t seem to get a simple question answered that is holding me back from making the blog go live.

I have posted it both here and on Cryout’s forums.

If I press the button to update to fix a video embed problem in the Dash it says ALL my customizations will be lost.

Why can’t just the files for the fix be posted?

Most of the time you can update without this happening.

Why will no one answer this?

It took me few hours to get hold on this nicely crafted template, but found myself laughing I was expecting it to be more complicated !!!!

The missing star is because

1. non fluidic main column
2. I did not liked bigger “Continue Reading” button
3. missing infinite scroll
4. search bar is hiding behind header logo
5. missing option to configure top menu.

I was so looking forward to this theme. It seemed to be the first one that EXACTLY suited my needs. Parabola was close, but the added columns in Tempera promised to solve my last major problem. I eagerly installed the beta when it was first available. Unfortunately, changes to the presentation page could not be saved. Hitting [Enter] or clicking the update button did absolutely nothing. Assuming that it was a Beta bug, I waited for the full release. When i found it in the WordPress theme list today, I was delighted!

The first thing I checked upon uploading it into one of my less-important blogs was the update ability of the presentation page. At first I used the [Enter] key to update, got a “page not found error, and no change to the site. When I tried it again I clicked the update button. This time it resulted in my IP address being locked out of my hosting service–on Christmas day. Hours later I was able to get access to my web sites again–now wise enough to NEVER try this theme again!

I was initially impressed with this theme and very excited to implement it. However, there are numerous functions that simply don’t work correctly… things that are basic to any website (like being able to use an html widget in the sidebar). I’ve posted in the support forums and there has been no response at all. Text on mobile site is completely unreadable and there are no settings that I can find to fix the font for mobile. After all the hours I spent setting this up, I’m disappointed that I will likely have to start all over again with another theme. Would have donated money toward this one if I thought I might actually get something cleared up/be able to use it.
