  • Customer Support By purnamaputra, 2016-11-09 via themeforest.net I am really disappointed. Theme its not easy to use, no detailed documentation and support response is very slow. :(
  • Bugs By hmdkzmi, 2016-09-24 via themeforest.net I don't recommend this theme until you are a good WordPress developer or you have enough time to work directly with author, it's in beta state and there are many bugs in the core theme, for example in payment section i just found this ( line 6 of payment.php in templates ):

    for debugging purpose. sorting functionality not working, visual composer has their own problems with this theme and not really good integrated ... even if you check the live demo version, there are many bugs that you can find.
    I'm sad because i lost my client, BTW i like this theme and looking forward for updates and next major release.
