I started with the free theme to test things out and as another reviewer noted, the demo importer is key to best utilize the theme. I was doing some CSS edits in a child theme and ran into some roadblocks. The forums have a lot of topics and searching doesn’t necessarily surface what you’re looking for right away. Don’t be afraid to start a topic in the forums. They responded with a suggestion (that worked) within a reasonable amount of time considering we’re in different countries…and I’m on my way again. Great theme and really easy to customize. Thanks, Themegrill!

This is a clean, elegant theme. I’m a novice and found it relatively easy to use. Outstanding support from Theme Grill. I emailed lots of questions, and they always responded within 24-hours (barring weekends).

Basically it i every easy to use, however I had some problems with logo and aligning the text in center. But I got fast and helpful support that solved it.

I needed to ask for help from Theme Grill about three times in two days, they always responded promptly with technically correct information — great customer support!

Abundant amount of features that allowed me to create my site to my liking. I couldn’t have done it without the support team in the Pro forum though. They answered my many questions by providing plug in recommendations, css code, and directing me to the right area of the settings.

The Spacious theme is handsome, clean, and flexible. The documentation, including the videos, helps a great deal as you try to re-create the impressive and eye-catching look of the demo for your own WordPress site.

What I like best of all, however, is the Demo Importer plugin.

The ability to actually load the demo’s graphics, pages, posts, menus, structure, et cetera, is a great time saver. The Demo Importer lets you immediately populate and “mock up” your WordPress site using the creator’s demo content. Once the demo is imported, you can see, visually, how you will start to alter, delete, add, modify, and tweak the creator’s site until it becomes your site.

No more blank blog page on an endless white background with “Hello World!” staring you back in the face! The “awesome slider” is actually on the front page, pre-filled with cool graphics and placeholder text, ready for you to substitute your own graphics and text.

And you get the Demo Importer with the FREE version of the theme. What’s not to like?

The fast support is awesome and I love the theme, couldn’t ask for anything more!

Really well done. Code is easy to understand and customer support is quick and courteous and direct. They know the theme and their stuff.

Spacious is a fantastic theme to use as a novice. Its incredibly adaptable, I’m yet to find something I haven’t been able to do with it. Their support forum is really helpful too.
